Start with enough water to cover the blade and get things juicing. Lemons and oranges have a ton of vitamin C. Apples have antioxidants (quercitin) that reduce risks for the common cold and allergies. Ginger is good for digestion, circulation, and has anti-inflammatory properties. Carrots benefit eyes and skin, and contain beta carotene which helps stave off infection. Cayenne pepper stimulates circulation and neutralizes acidity. Blend on high speed. Strain your juice into an empty container using a nut milk bag or cheesecloth. Pour over ice and kiss the common cold goodbye!
