Chef Becky Selengut is an advocate for seafood sustainability and seasonal, regional cuisine. In 2004 she founded the local foods database www.seasonalcornucopia.com
. She writes regularly for Edible Seattle magazine, and is a private chef, cooking teacher and coauthor of the Washington Local and Seasonal Cookbook. She lives in Seattle with her wife, April Pogue (who contributed wine pairings for Good Fish) and their two dogs. Good Fish is her second book.
