Jacques Torres is one of the most beloved and highly regarded chocolatiers and pastry chefs in the world. As the Chocolate Executive Officer of Jacques Torres Chocolate, Torres produces and sells his own line of hand-crafted chocolates and other high-end confectionary products at his three factory and retail locations in New York City. Before opening his outlets, Torres was the executive pastry chef at Le Cirque for over a decade. In 1998, Torres released a 52-episode PBS series, "Dessert Circle."
