How to avoid winter weight gain

If there’s one resolution you should have for this year is to be healthy and lead a safer healthier life. The easiest way to do this is to tick off simple things that you can do in less than 5 minutes everything from washing your hands more often to reading food labels and using seat belts properly.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, known as the CDC, is America’s center for health. It’s website has tons of information for all of us to do better. For getting your health in order in five minutes or less, check out their page in the family health section and see what changes you can make.

So check out the list, make your own plan for a healthy year, (for both you and your family), download an app or two to you phone which might help keep you on track, or just go for a walk before you sit down to watch the big game. It all adds up!
