How to make the Alaskan Sour cocktail
RECIPE
1 1/2 oz Hendrick's Gin (or your
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1/4 oz egg white
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake with ice.
Double strain into a goblet.
Express oils of a lemon peel across the top of the cocktail and serve.
