    How to make a Cherry Basil Collins

    RECIPE

    3 - 5 fresh cherries
    1 - 2 basil leaves
    1 1/2 oz Purity Vodka
    3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
    3/4 oz simple syrup
    2 oz soda water

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Muddle cherries and basil in a mixing glass.
    Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
    Add soda water and strain into a Collins glass.
    Garnish with lemon wedge, cherry and basil leaf.
