How to clean and defog a mirror
Tired of those streaks from cleaning your mirror? Here is a simple way to clean your mirror with shaving cream. This method will help keep it defogged for 3 weeks.
1. Place some foam shaving cream in your hand—you may want to use gloves—and then put it on the mirror.
2. Rinse your hands off.
3. Let the shaving cream sit on the mirror for about 15 minutes.
4. After the 15 minutes are up, take some paper towels and wipe off the shaving cream.

How to clean and defog a mirror
Hi I’m Julie Edelman, the Accidental Housewife, on howdini.com, and today I’m going to show you how to while you’re shaving your legs or shaving your face also clean your mirror. Very simple to do. All you need is foam shaving cream, paper towels, and voila, we’re going to get it done. Let’s start.
All right. You’re going to take some foam shaving cream. All right you’re going to put it, now if you spread some on your legs put some on your mirror. Really simple. Nice like this. This is a great job by the way for your kids to do. They love playing with this, and you’re just going to put it all over your mirror. Then, of course you’re going to rinse your hands off. Otherwise they’re going to get all yucky and let it sit on there for a bit, about fifteen minutes while you continue shaving and getting yourself all prepped for the day. Then once it’s all set you’re going to take some paper towels. As many as you like. Or microfiber cloths are great too because they’re really super absorbent. I love them. And then you’re just going to take it off. See that? Almost like shaving your legs.
And there you have it. It’s all clean, streak-free, and by the way this will stay defogged for up to three weeks. I’m Julie Edelman, the Accidental Housewife, here on howdini.com helping you blend in shaving your legs and defogging your mirrors all at the same time.
