    How to make Jacques Torres’ hot chocolate

    1. Take a cup of 2% milk and bring to a boil.
    2. Add a half-cup of hot chocolate powder to the hot milk and stir well so the chocolate melts.
    3. Then, boil it again, so you boil once for the milk, then for the milk and the chocolate. That’s how you get it so thick.

    The recipe is twice as much milk as chocolate powder, boil twice. Voila!
