How to stay focused under stress
- It’s important to step away from the stressful situation to recharge get some downtime.
- Physically step away; stand up and get a glass of water, go to your car for five minutes, get a breath of fresh air.
- Focus on something completely different to get your mind back on track; find something to distract you for a few minutes.
- Tell yourself failure is not an option.
- Remind yourself of your successes.
- Stay positive.
- Have confidence in yourself that you can get through the situation.
