    • It’s important to step away from the stressful situation to recharge get some downtime.
    • Physically step away; stand up and get a glass of water, go to your car for five minutes, get a breath of fresh air.
    • Focus on something completely different to get your mind back on track; find something to distract you for a few minutes.
    • Tell yourself failure is not an option.
    • Remind yourself of your successes.
    • Stay positive.
    • Have confidence in yourself that you can get through the situation.
