How to choose Valentine's Day bouquets

You might be thinking red for Valentine’s Day flowers. But maybe your love isn’t traditional, or you want to save a little money. Red roses are the most expensive flowers you can buy on Valentine’s Day, but just any red flower might cost you a lot more. So, think outside the box.

    • Go with the favorites. Let’s say you know your sweetie’s favorite flower. All tulips, for instance. All different, gorgeous colors.
    • If you don’t know her favorite flowers, perhaps you know her favorite color. So get a bouquet that’s uses her favorite color in a number of different kinds of flowers.
    • If all else fails, think of spring, and go with a beautiful spring bouquet. Spring is never wrong.
    • One more idea, the hand-tied bouquet. It's a unique and portable way to say it with flowers.

How to choose Valentine's Day bouquets

I’m Rebecca Cole from howdini.com. And you might be thinking red for Valentine’s Day, but maybe your love isn’t traditional or maybe you want to save a little money. Red roses are of course the most expensive thing you can buy on Valentine’s Day, but any red flower is going to cost you a lot more. So think a little outside the box. Go with favorites that say we know our sweetie’s favorite flower. All tulips for instance. All different gorgeous colors. Fantastic. Or maybe like most guys we don’t know her favorite flower, I’ll bet you we know her favorite color. So get a flower bouquet that’s all that one favorite color in a number of favorite flowers. Or maybe you don’t know that either. So let’s think of spring. A beautiful spring arrangement like this, you can’t go wrong. But my very favorite way to receive flowers is a hand-tied bouquet. This way it can be easily transported to office to restaurant to home. And when it’s this beautiful you wouldn’t want to leave them anywhere. I’m Rebecca Cole for howdini.com.
