Natural anti-aging tips
There are really simple steps that you can do to help prevent damage and improve aging skin. Most of the negative changes that we see in our skin are due to external factors like sun exposure. So the real secret is preventing damage, which you can do and should do at any age.
Great. Because I have no real regimen. And I need some real guidance on it.
I know you're good about doing your simple cleansing, and your moisturizing, and sunscreen. And that's perfect. It's a great foundation.
But to bump it up, you've got to think about protecting the skin with antioxidants in addition to your sunscreen. You want to keep the foundation of your skin strong by stimulating collagen production. And you want to exfoliate in order to remove dead, dry, and oftentimes damaged cells, leaving you with smoother, brighter skin.
Sounds simple enough.
Very easy. In the morning, you're going to do your normal cleanse. But then you're going to follow with a Vitamin C serum.
And Vitamin C is really great because it's a potent antioxidant. It helps improve the appearance of brown spots. And it plays a significant role in collagen synthesis, so a real powerhouse ingredient.
OK. So you're going to apply your Vitamin C serum. You're going to take a couple of pumps on your fingertips and do a nice, even application on your neck and face, sort of gently massaging it into the skin.
Such a small amount goes so far. Oh, my gosh.
It's really concentrated.
It's really like-- it's smells good, very natural.
Great. You're going to then follow with a moisturizer and your SPF. And you're good to go for the day-- really simple.
So nighttime, same sort of thing, you're going to start with a thorough cleanse. But this time, you're going to apply a retinol or Vitamin A serum. And I love the MyChelle Vitamin A Plus Serum. Vitamin A is great because it speeds up cell renewal and exfoliates, which makes your skin really smooth and bright, and makes it look great.
You're going to do this two to three times a week at night. And you don't want to use it, though, if you're pregnant or nursing. So just keep that in mind.
So you're going to apply the Vitamin A serum as well, just a couple pumps.
A nice even application.
And face? Like that.
Might feel a little tingly.
A little. Feels good, though. Feels really good. It's working. That's what I feel.
Uh-huh. If you really want to go for it, on the nights that you're not using the Vitamin A, you have to try the Supreme Polypeptide Cream. Peptides are a newer way that they've found to keep the skin firm and tight.
Wow. That sounds fantastic. It couldn't be any simpler.
No. And it's really effective, so it's going to take your regimen to a whole new level.
Great. I'm in. Thank you.
Perfect. I love it.
