How to make a Strawberry Collins cocktail
RECIPE
4 or 5 large strawberries, halved
1 1/2 Stolichnaya Vodka
1/2 oz Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
3/4 oz 1:1 simple syrup
juice of half a lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle strawberries in your mixing glass.
Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a halved strawberry.
