How to get the porcelain doll look

  • Apply a foundation primer such as MAC Strobe Cream beneath your foundation to help create a luminous glow.
  • Apply a light pink shade of blush to the ball or apple of the cheek.
  • Apply a creamy, shimmery eye shadow primer or base to the eyelids, all the way up to the brow.
  • Line the upper and lower lids with a deep purple eyeliner pencil, very close to the lash line.
  • Line the upper and lower lids again with a copper-colored eyeliner pencil. This line should be even thinner and closer to the lash line.
  • Brighten the eye by lining the waterline of the eye with a frosty, light pink eyeliner pencil.
  • Define eyebrows using a wax pencil designed for eyebrows, such as Brow Fix by Anastasia Beverly Hills.
  • Apply false lashes.
  • Apply translucent powder to the face, concentrating on the t-zone. Be sure not to apply too much powder, as it can reduce the intended glow that is created with the MAC Strobe Cream.
  • Line lips with a purple liner. Fill in the lips with liner, as well. This creates even coverage.
  • Apply lipstick in a deep, rich color that compliments your skin tone.  The lips are the anchor of this look, so go for drama!
  • To create a matte look, apply eye shadow in a similar color with a small brush. This will enrich the color and set the lipstick.
