Instructions
How to make the Zen Garden cocktail
RECIPE
3 small pieces of celery
3 small chunks of lemongrass
3 slices of cucumber
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz agave nectar
1/2 oz yuzu
1/2 oz sake
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle the first three ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Shake with ice.
Double strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cucumber slice pierced with lemongrass
