- Steve Madden is the Editor-in-Chief of Bicycling and Mountain Bike magazines. During Madden’s tenure, Bicycling has been nominated for three National Magazine Awards, the highest editorial honor in publishing: for General Excellence in 2004, for Leisure Interests in 2006 and for Personal Service in 2007. Madden is a former Sports Illustrated Senior Editor and the Founding Editor of OutdoorExplorer. He was also a reporter and columnist for Fortune, staff writer for M, and Editor and Publisher of Cornell. Madden lives in Chatham, NJ.
