French Culinary Institute and its popular L’Ecole Restaurant in New York City. He has served on the faculty of the Classic Culinary Arts Program at FCI for 15 years, and has taught classes at De Gustibus. Previously, he was Executive Chef at Délices de France, New York, NY.
