Clay Gordon
Author, Discover Chocolate
- A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, Clay Gordon has been researching chocolate and sharing what he has learned since 1994. His research has led him to travel to Europe, Central and South America, including the Amazon rain forest.
Since 2001, Clay has shared his passion and knowledge for chocolate through writings, classes and events, and especially via the Internet at chocophile.com and discoverchocolate.com.
In 2005, Clay founded The New World Chocolate Society as a broader platform for consumer education. In October, 2007, his first book on chocolate, Discover Chocolate, was published by Gotham Books.
